I had a pleasant stay at the resort. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the valleys and mountains. The service was exceptional, with accommodating help from the staff. However, the location is a bit remote, requiring a short tuktuk ride to reach downtown Ella, which might not be ideal for everyone.
